AGH graduate with many years of experience in maintenance management and production in plants related to the tool and automotive industries. Since 2011, he has been associated with the real estate management sector in the Facility Management departments. He is competent in commissioning and implementing technical services both in newly constructed buildings and in already used ones. He manages the entire facility management processes, starting from the employment of a professional team, through the preparation of appropriate procedures and instructions, and ending with ongoing coordination. During his professional career, he took an active part in the introduction of quality and management systems (ISO 9001, ISO TS, OHSAS, Six Sigma). For several years, he has also been involved in projects related to changes in the arrangement of office space.
