Resignation by member of REINO Capital’s Supervisory Board
The Management Board of REINO Capital S.A. (“Company”) announces that the Company received today Mr. Tomasz Buczak’s resignation as Supervisory Board member, effective from 27 February 2020. Mr. Tomasz Buczak stated that the reason for his resignation is the planned changes in the Company’s organisational structure, which will make it impossible to combine a supervisory board member’s duties with other professional commitments.
