Graduate of the Law and Administration Faculty at the University of Warsaw, post-graduate studies at the Warsaw School of Economics, majoring in Economics, and MBA studies at the University of Minnesota.
In 2001 – 2006, she worked as senior specialist in the Legal Department of the Polish Financial Supervision Authority. Subsequently, from 2006 she worked at the law firms of White & Case M. Studniarek i Wspólnicy – Kancelaria Prawna Spółka Komandytowa, CMS Cameron McKenna LLP, CMSCameron McKenna Dariusz Greszta Sp. k. and PwC Legal Szurmińska Jaworska Sp. k.
Since April 2013, she has been supervisory board chairperson at COBI S.A. Since July 2014, she has been chairperson of the Polish Directors Institute Foundation.
