Graduate of the University of Warsaw (Institute for Journalism and Social Communication) and Property Appraisal University in Warsaw (property management).

She has 14 years of experience in the property industry in CEE, with emphasis on buying and selling (including due diligence) as well as pre- and post-transaction optimisation processes in collaboration with Polish and foreign investors and property developers.

As Head of Asset Management, she is responsible for preparing and carrying out active asset management focused on adding value to the properties being managed. She implements strategies for the funds and companies managed by REINO Partners in terms of commercialisation and revenue and cost optimisation, especially in reference to the existing dividend policy. She also participates in activities concerning capital raising, information policy and investor relations.
