Mrs. Karolina Janas is a graduate of the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań and a legal adviser featured on the list of legal advisers maintained by the District Chamber of Legal Advisers in Poznań.

Mrs. Karolina Janas also has an Alternative Trading System Adviser Certificate issued by the Warsaw Stock Exchange. Since November 2007, she has been with the law firm CSW Więckowska i Partnerzy in Poznań, cooperating with the law firm as an independent legal adviser since July 2015. Since December 2016, she has served as supervisory inspector at REINO DYWIDENDA PLUS S.A., providing legal services.

Mrs. Karolina Janas has nearly 10 years of experience in legal advisory, specialising in the capital market, including in public and non-public equity and debt offerings, both on the Warsaw Stock Exchange and on NewConnect and Catalyst, compliance with information obligations and corporate governance rules by listed companies, forming the organisational structure and operations of commercial-law companies and their organs, taking into account internal control and compliance systems, due diligence, capital raising.
