Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw, postgraduate studies at the Warsaw School of Economics and MBA studies at the University of Minnesota.

From 2001 to 2006, she worked as a senior specialist in the Legal Department of the Financial Supervision Authority. Then, from 2006, she worked at the law firms White & Case M. Studniarek i Wspólnicy – Kancelaria Prawna Spółka Komandytowa, CMS Cameron McKenna LLP, CMSCameron McKenna Dariusz Greszta Sp. k. and PwC Legal Szurmińska Jaworska Sp. k.

Since April 2013, she has served as chairman of the supervisory board of COBI S.A. Since July 2014, she has served as President of the Board of Directors of the Polish Institute of Directors Foundation.
