Mr Kamil Majewski holds a university degree, a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics (majoring in Finance and Accounting) and the Johann Gutenberg University in Mainz.

He is qualified in corporate financial management supported by many years of experience in managerial positions. He started his career with internships in the financial advisory and audit departments of, among others, Grant Thornton Frąckowiak Sp. z o.o., PwC Sp. z o.o., then served as financial controller at Legia Warszawa S.A.. From 2014, he worked as Financial Director at La Mania Sp. z o.o. and RCKFL Sp. z o.o. sp.k.. In the latter company, as owner, he was in charge of investment processes and supervision of portfolio companies. From 2019 to 2020, at Food & Friends Polska S.A., he served as CFO overseeing the areas of finance, IT and also M&A. Subsequently, in the capacity of Vice President and proxy, he acted as Director of Development and Finance at Gastromall Group sp. z o.o..

Since February 2020, he has been on the supervisory board of REINO Capital S.A., a holding company listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange consisting of companies operating in the commercial real estate sector. In the second half of 2022, he took up the position of investment director at La Mania sp. z o.o., where he is responsible for investment processes and supervision of the Portfolio Companies.
