Shareholder and President of the Management Board of REINO Capital

Graduate of the Faculty of Management at the Poznań University of Economics, with a specialisation in capital investments and corporate financial strategies.

Since 2010, co-founder and President of the Management Board of REINO Partners, a company managing investments and investment funds in the real estate market, being a leader in the market of dividend investment products.

Prior to founding REINO Group, he was involved for more than a dozen years with BB Investment Group, one of the largest and oldest Polish investment holding companies, where he held numerous positions in supervisory and management bodies (including a PE/VC fund and a development fund, as well as listed companies). Previously, he was an investment analyst responsible for the equity market at the asset management company WBK AIB Asset Management (now Santander Group).

He has more than 25 years of professional experience related to investment and capital markets, real estate, mergers and acquisitions, venture creation, project, corporate and fund management, strategic and financial advisory, corporate and asset portfolio restructuring.

The total value of assets and transactions he has been involved in managing or finalising exceeds PLN 10 billion.

Founding member and Chairman of the Audit Committee of the REIT Poland Association.
