Ms Karolina Janas is a graduate of the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań and a legal adviser, entered on the list of legal advisers kept by the District Chamber of Legal Advisers in Poznań.

Ms Karolina Janas also holds an Alternative Trading System Adviser Certificate granted by the WSE. Since November 2007 she has been associated with the Law Firm CSW Więckowska and Partners in Poznań, and since July 2015 she has been cooperating with the Law Firm as a legal advisor, conducting individual professional practice. Since December 2016, she has been acting as a supervisor, providing legal services at REINO DYWIDENDA PLUS S.A..

Ms Karolina Janas has nearly ten years of experience in legal advisory, specialising in matters related to the functioning of the capital market, including: processes of public and non-public offerings of shares and bonds, both on the WSE and on NewConnect and Catalyst, performance of disclosure obligations and compliance with corporate governance rules by public companies, shaping of the organisational structure and functioning of commercial law companies and their bodies, including internal control and compliance systems, due diligence, obtaining financing for commercial law companies.
