A graduate of the Warsaw University of Technology and postgraduate studies at the Warsaw School of Economics and Sheffield Hallam University. She is qualified as a Chartered Surveyor No 218 and was a member of RICS for many years. She has many years of professional experience in management positions, related to the commercial and residential real estate market in both investment and development areas, acquired in international companies such as Centrum Bankowo-Finansowe Nowy Świat, Pirelli Pekao Real Estate, BPH TFI, BZWBK, DTC, Knight Frank, PwC.

During her career to date, she has led a number of commercial real estate projects in which she was responsible for the structuring of selected assets and their restructuring, investment processes and due diligence, as well as the creation of a fund, the development of its strategy and structure, the conduct of acquisition transactions and the subsequent management of its assets. At BZ WBK, she was responsible for setting up the real estate management department and managing the bank’s portfolio of assets in this area, together with the real estate sales process. At DTC, she managed the retail property portfolio.

Since May 2016, she has been the President of the REIT Poland Association. She is also President of the Mazovian Association of Property Valuers.
