A logistics market investment platform and asset management company established as a joint venture between Warsaw-based REINO Partners (part of the WSE-listed REINO Capital holding) and London-based IO Asset Management (now Caisson IO).
Built on the foundation of a long-standing professional relationship between REINO Partners and IO.
The REINO IO Logistics management team has been involved in over €4.5 billion worth of transactions in Central and Eastern Europe over the past 25 years across a range of real estate asset classes and phases of the business cycle.
The platform was launched in 2019 and has since acquired logistics assets worth more than €260 million across Poland.
YATRE Sp. z o.o.
YATRE specialises in property maintenance. It designs, executes and services installations: air conditioning, ventilation, low-current, plumbing and building automation and CCTV, as well as fire protection installations. It also maintains cleanliness and appropriate comfortable working conditions. It also helps to bring the buildings it manages up to the highest environmental and social standards.
The Yatre team is made up of managers and specialists with several years of experience. They service office, industrial and logistics facilities throughout the country.
PZN Sp. z o.o.
PZN provides comprehensive maintenance and repair services for all building installations and breakdown assistance nationwide, with a team of more than 1,000 technicians and industry specialists. In addition, it provides comprehensive building administration services, ensuring day-to-day maintenance and ensuring proper economic and financial management and maintaining the high value of the building.
