The Management Board of REINO Capital S.A., based in Warsaw, (“Company”) announces that it received today a notification from Poligo Capital sp. z o.o. – an entity closely related to a person discharging managerial duties at the Company – Mr. Tomasz Buczak, member of the Company’s Supervisory Board – regarding a transaction to sell 700 000 shares of the Company on 2 January 2019.
