Mr. Andrzej Kowal’s entire professional career has revolved around EY (formerly: Ernst & Young). Since June 2001, Mr. Andrzej Kowal was managing partner in the audit department of EY’s Poznań office, since June 2007 – managing parter at EY’s Poznań office, in the period from September 2007 to November 2013 – management board member at Ernst & Young Audit sp. z o.o., and he has been a partner at EY since June 2015. Since 2011, he has been a shareholder in Frieda s.c. In 2011 – 2015, he was a partner in Ernst & Young Usługi Finansowe Audyt Sp. z o.o. sp. k., Ernst & Young Usługi Finansowe Audyt Sp. z o.o. Polska sp.k. In 2013 – 2015, he was a partner in Ernst & Young Usługi Finansowe Audyt Sp. z o.o. sp. k., and in 2011 – 2013 a partner in Ernst & Young Usługi Finansowe Audyt Sp. z o.o.
